CDKA PLC hydraulic counter blow hammer’s counter blow system adopts welding framework, adjustable actinoid wide guide construction, which is especially suitable for precision forging. The clearance of guide rail can accurate to 0.2 mm. The upper and lower hammer tup relatively move with equal stroke and equal energy in the frame.
The weight ratio of upper and lower hammer tup is 1:1, linkage by a set of oil cylinder coupling in the frame. It realized counter blow in the midair under the drive of hydraulic system.
CDKA PLC hydraulic counter blow hammer’s hydraulic system was installed on the framework with elastic anti vibration pad.
The hydraulic system adopts advanced taper cone valve control technic, combination cylinder transmission technology, double anti-leak technic and hydraulic integration technic to realize fewer pipe connection of main oil circuit. So the system structure is greatly simple.
