Maltodextrin produced by Dong Xiao biotechnology has good fluidity and solubility with proper viscosity, no odor and almost no sweet taste. Its low water absorbability leads to difficult agglomeration. Maltodextrin is the carrier for sweeteners, aromatizer, stuffing, which contributes to improve the structure of food. It can be well absorbed by human body, so that it is often applied in food for patient and infant.
