Beta-dextranase is made by liquid fermentation deeply adopting Bacillus Licheniformis bacterial strain.This product is used specially in Beta-dextranase’s 1, 3 and 1, 4 indican key to generate 3-5 oligose and glucose.This enzyme mainly used in beer brewing, maltose, feed, etc.

Three.Enzyem activity define
In the condition of 37 centi grade, PH5.5, one activity unit is defined as the needed enzyme amout which it decomposes Beta-hyskon which the concentration is 4mg/ml for 1 micromole reducing sugar every minute.
Four.Using methods
In beer production, You should add it when the malt start to sugar and the suitable quantity is 0.1-0.5‰.It can improve obviously the filtering rate.
In the feed, You can add it as per the production way.The general decommended amount is 0.05-0.2‰.It will be good for the animal growth.
