USI has recently been awarded the contract for the manufacturer of BPJ for the Greyhounds forces for Andhra Pradesh.
We have recently also had our lightweight bulletproof jackets manufactured in India successfully tested by BPR&D., Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
USI early this year signed an MOU with OEF Hazratpur, MOD, Govt of India for supply of Bullet Proof Jackets. In particular supply of HAP (Hard Armour Panel) made of HPPE (High Performance Polyethylene Fiber)
USI is backed by the raw material manufacturers such as Dupont for Kevlar and Honeywell for Spectra, in both technical know how and material support.
Export orders of BPJ & Helmets from UK, USA & Dubai have successfully been completed. Many other export enquiries are in pipeline. Details if requested can be supplied. |
