GAOYAO HENGLONG NON-FERROUS METALS PRCISION CASTING CO., LTD is one of the key enterperises of the Guangdong Gaoyao Die-casting base of China. We are a manufacturer of aluminium die casting, gravity casting and CNC precision machine, mainly offer aluminium die casting parts of LED road lamp, telecommunication, automobile and senior electrical appliance. Our company covers an area of 20, 000 m2 , including the factory is more than 8, 000 m2.Totally we have 7 horizontal cold-chamber die casting machine of 160t, 280t, 400t, 500t, 800t and 1650t, one gravity casting production line, 35 sets CNC machining centers of HASS & Brother. Our company has through the AQSR-ISO9001：2008 authentication. We also have X-ray testing machine, 3-D coordinator, spectrometer and universal tasting machine, so the productions of aluminum die casting parts can be reach 5000 ton per year. We offer the processes from die designing, casting, castings precision finishing to products silver plating, anodic oxidation , spraying and the other surface treatment as requested.
