Through vibration analysis, thermography, ultra-Sonics and power quality analysis we can predict the following failures before they become catastrophic:

Hydraulic and aerodynamic forces

Stator eccentricity, shorted laminations or loose iron

They have internet capability to inform service groups as to the nature of the fault so proper replacement parts can be taken to the site during the first trip. If there is an operational concern, the status of your equipment can be accessed by engineers via the internet from any location off-shore or otherwise.
