Brass oil lamps&electrical lamp bases/stands Antique brass oil lamps Electrical tripod lamp stands/bases in brass and wood Quality and deliveries: we take utmost care on the quality of the product and consignment deliveries so as to give the buyer the value for his money and satisfaction to his clientele. For this, first some sample pieces are developed according to the buyers instructions and approval and then the manufacturing process starts according to the same sample. In between a thorough internal quality inspection is carried out on regular intervals to locate any discrepancy in manufacturing. After the production all the items are lined up for finishing and polishing as per the buyers instructions. Finish&customization: We provide different finishes to brass such as antique, dark antique, black oxidized, shiny brass, nickel, peuter, patina green/red etc. The wooden part on the clocks is also finished&polished according to the same such as red rose, black, cherry etc. We can customize the items ordered in bulk quantities and can also provide with badges as these increases the value of the items manifolds. The name of company or person or any other text provided by the buyer can be written on the dials of the clocks and on the body of nautical instruments on bulk orders. Further the badges can be put up on antique brass oil lamps and the wooden boxes used for nautical survey instruments or other nautical gift boxes. Packaging&container stuffing: We provide high standard packing for our reproduction clocks so as to reduce the percentage of breakage and give the buyers an extra edge upon saving on that. For this we pack the fragile items like clocks in molded thermo coal packing. General items are first wrapped in a thick bubble sheet and a set of items is put into small carton which goes into the master carton. Further we appoint our company representative at the time of container stuffing at the depot to avoid any negligence on part of the loading staff and to minimize breakage. Sample development: we are also quite capable of developing the new items as per buyers design or sample provided to us.
