BATCH TYPE UV CURING CHAMBER .
Constructed in CRC sheets 3 walls with air jacket insulation, all round cooling provided with axial flow fan. The curing chamber is powder coated with perforation for cooling the UV lamp. The system consists of a medium pressure mercury vapor lamp mounted in a designed reflector at the center of the chamber. Position for holding / placing the component for curing is provided. Total power supplies and controls for the UV lamp are in a separate control panel. Timer with beeper for setting the curing time and hour indicator for indicating the UV lamp usage are provided.
