Sencorp Series 2500 Inline Thermoformer -

The Sencorp Series 2500 Thermoformer is engineered to produce high volume quality parts from most major polymers including HIPS, PP, HDPE, OPS, PET and Vinyl. The 2500 offers form, rule die and stacking; form, cut-in-place and stacking; form, loop and trim with matched punch and die.

- Siemens Sentroller 2000 Control System commands all machine functions as well as process data acquisition via a 15-inch color touch screen monitor
- 300 tool memory
- Fully retractable, independently operated upper and lower radiant ovens
- Ovens available in 100", 125" or 165" lengths
- Heavy duty, four post toggle operated form and trim presses
- Water cooled chain rails
- Sheet thickness up to 0.080 inches (2mm) (material dependent)
- Standard Form Press Tonnage:25
- Standard Trim Press Tonnage:75
- Parts Up-Stacking or Down-Stacking System
- Scrap Rewind
- Pressure and/or vacuum forming, plug assist and matched mold forming capabilities
- Precise index accuracy utilizing high efficiency servo drive system
- Modem hookup to Sencorp's customer service via analog phone lines for diagnostic evaluations
- 30" x 36" maximum mold size.
