The advantages of the PONYTAIL HELMET are as follows: My invention reduces the effects of what is known as HELMET HAIR. By eliminating the top air vents and applying the rearward access aperture the air flow within the helmet is reversed eliminating ITCHY SCALP effect of hair follicles being forced into the scalp. My invention reverses the air flow, raising the hair follicle's off the scalp, thus eliminating this effect completely. By replacing the top air vents with the rearward access aperture air flow is increased within the helmet and HOT SPOTS are eliminated. By placing the ponytail through the rear of the helmet, the ponytail remains in flight behind the helmet, reducing KNOTS/TANGLES. By placing the ponytail through the helmet eliminates the need to RE-STYLE hair after helmet is removed creating a convenience for the helmet wearer. Eliminates need to remove ponytail prior to applying helmet to head. Alleviates PAIN&PRESSURE caused if ponytail is worn within the helmet. Briefly stated, my invention comprises of 4 components which can be manufactured to meet safety standards. Internal component is a male threaded 2 step adaptor with a rubber finish seal. External component is a female threaded ring and rubber water seal. Additional marketability's: External female threaded ring may be designed to; Accept LED lights for safety/visibility(Great on unlighted roadways) Accept gems/jewels for fashion statements. Be manufactured to match color/design of helmet Accept slotted vent ring for short hair. Benefits of reversed air flow) Accept Novelty artificial ponytail(bald men love this idea! ) Additionally, it is known that the structural integrity will not be harmed by this application, due to placing a round hole into a round object, the structural integrity Remains the same.
