Features of PVC wood & plastic panel extrusion line:
1) Screw adopts special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design.
2) Coat-hanger die adopts special double flow design which assures precise adjustment to sheet thickness.
3) Temperature controlling of plus or minus 1℃ can accurately control the plasticizing process and sheet thickness.
4) Three roll-ray machine adopts vertical lifting method.
Wood-plastic panel not only has the appearance of natural wood, but also overcomes the shortages of natural wood. It has characteristics of anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, anti moth-eaten, high stability, non-cracking, etc. It is mainly used in wall board, siding, decking boards, packaging and logistics combining with pallets, construction lumber, storage racks, etc.
