Description : Our construction company “Cansizoglu Construction” was formed in 1996 by Mr. Metin Cansiz in Milas near Bodrum. Metin concentrated on commercial and government projects and in the last ten years has turned the company into the success that it is today.
Some of the projects include the massive Yenikoy lake project, both Didim and Marmaris water treatment plants and further afield the Berlin Trade Centre. Yet the two largest developments were the power stations at Gokova and Yenikoy.
In 2004 it was decided that Cansizoglu Construction would look at the domestic market and gained membership to the Union of Milas Estate Agencies. Initially the company focused on land sales and projects while Mr Cumhur Cansiz, the youngest son, wanted to take this family business further and so, was born “Casmark Homes®”.
Our first of many developments, “Casmark Golf®” is proving to be very popular with overseas buyers with almost 40% sold on release. |
