Description : Merina Clothing Company is one of the leading manufactures and exporters of Knitted ready made garments from India. Manufacturing factories located at Tiruppur with modern facilities gives us a distinct advantage of possessing different skill sets of Indian workers.
We are having two units located at near by our sampling unit and head office. Our factories are equipped with the latest state of art machinery imported from Japan and also top quality indigenous machinery.
The stitching unit is equipped with Siruba, Pegasus, Gemsy and machines of latest origin.
We have a policy of constantly upgrading facilities. For those facilities we do not have in-house, we have tied up with reputed units who have spare capacity and who can adhere to our quality standards.
We manufacture knitted readymade garments for Men’s, Ladies and Children’s in solids, prints and yarn dyed jacquards. Knitwear are made in 100% Cotton and blended fabrics. Some fabrics (like fleece) are also imported as per the specification of our customers. We manufacture normal styles, trendy styles and value added styles with accessories of our customers choice. Think of any style, colorway and finish we can do it for you! In time! Our sampling department is a professional team that caters the sampling needs of our customers through out the year.
The fabrics we normally work with are jerseys, piques, ribs, interlock jacquards (full & mini, pointelles, engineering stripes, sweat, french ribs ( flat back ), herringbone, veloure, terry, fleece (sweat), sherpa etc... Most of these fabrics are also being done with Lycra. The composition of fabrics are cottons, T/C, rayons and almost all contemporary qualities. We are also working wih imported fabrics like micro polar fleece, polarfleece, veloure, modal, linen etc... Being imported from Taiwn, Korea and Hong Kong
Our specialization is manufacturing Children’s and Infants wear, where we manufacture all most every type of knitted garments as per the trend. Major share of our exports are in Men’s polo shirts, Ladies fashion knitwear, night dresses and Children / infants wear. |
