Features of our VIBRO SEPARATOR
• 2 mm thick SS304 Contact Parts, Matt polish , carves free---- Where’s others are providing 1.66mm thick for 48†and above
• We provides Sandwich type screen ring--------- Others are providing mesh fixing with Araldite which takes 12 hrs. for mesh fixing
• We provides 5 mm MS. Top casing ---- ---Others are providing 3 or 4 mm Top casing
• We provides Powder coating to MS part---------- Others are providing Spray Painting
• Terminal box to motor as well as to outer body ------- Others are not providing Terminal box
• Special Vibratory Motor with Spherical roller bearings.
• SS304 wire mesh ( not SS202 , it is same look wise )
• Metal Cross supporting arrangement to the mesh --- Others are providing only above 120 mesh size
