Our R & D team consisting of trained engineers has expertise in design & testing of products developed. Designs are backed by detailed Stress calculations & prototype testing to ensure safety & reliability. We have in-house facility to carry out detailed Torsional Vibration analysis of complete drive train which includes determination of critical speeds, mode shapes, vibratory torques & stresses in various members.
Testing facilities include – Dynamic Balancing Machines, Whirl Test Machines for running flexible floating shaft assemblies at operating speed at no load, Vibration measurement instruments, Static Torque / Deflection Testing Machines. We use precision calibrated instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy. Quality is assured. Raw materials are tested as per applicable codes & standards - to approved Quality Plans. Inspection agencies include Lloyds / Bureau Veritas / MECON / MN Dasturco / Desein / NTPC / BHEL / RITES / DNV / NPC / IRS etc.
