Our organization has been established in 1978, catering to industries like Automobile, Engineering, Pharmaceutical machinery parts, Switchgear manufacturers & Exhibition display systems. We are in the manufacturing of turned and sheet metal parts for over 32 years. We had been OEM suppliers to Premier Automobiles for their various models and for precision engine parts to Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., Bakelite/melamine molded parts to Thakoor Switchgears. We supply exhibition display accessories & parts to various exhibitions companies (for local use, as well as export to USA etc), also as an ancillary to an OEM supplier for Tata Motors. Parts made from SS 316 are supplied to Pharmaceutical Machinery Manufacturers. We have a state-of-the-art CNC Milling machine, well equipped Press Shop with Power Presses ranging from 5 Ton to 150 Ton, Shearing Machine, supported by Spot/Arc Welding, Induction Brazing machines. We have a Molding shop for Bakelite / Urea / Melamine switchgears Parts, GP Knobs and allied electrical parts. Precision machining is essential to modern industries that require parts with tight tolerances. The assemblies used in many industries contain intricate parts produced through precision machining. Machining parts with such high precision requires both experience and advanced technology and equipment. We also work from a job- shop equipped with technologically advanced machines for CNC precision machining of highly complex parts. At Precision Metal Works, we provide precision CNC machining that meets the exacting standards of a variety of industries. We export CNC machined parts and Sheet Metal parts made from Brass to USA. Automotive parts machining and manufacturing involves many processes, and often multiple process are utilized in the fabrication of one part. We have the equipment and know-how to utilize the necessary techniques to fabricate such part. We fabricate necessary Press Tools in-house, by employing modern techniques like Wire-Cut EDM, Sparking and CNC Milling for the parts demanding extra accuracy. We firmly believe that most of the rejections could be averted by employing a properly machined press tool, and alert production staff. As a routine practice, all production jobs are subjected to a pre-fixed inspection cycle, depending on accuracies demanded and intricacy of the part. This has helped us in keeping the rejections at its lowest. TQC is an on-going process, at our workshop. We look forward to working with our customers to meet their unique machining challenge.
