With the success of its Powai outlet, the company is now on the verge of planning a chain of such supermarkets across all the suburbs of Mumbai. It is proposed that by 2003-2005 Haiko Supermarket would be chain of about 6 stores with a minimum floor area of 12,000 Sqft per store. The company has tied up with various upcoming malls & also residential complexes as part of its growth plan. Haiko Supermarket in the year 2002-2003, with only one store in Powai did a turnover of more than Rs. 10 crores & expected to reach turnover of Rs. 35 crores by the year 2003-2004, with additional stores in Mumbai.
