Description : The name is Amaltas Inc, it's a buying agency and we have been around since 1991- but with a difference in that most of our accounts are surf brands and young labels. These would be more fashion forward, and edgy with loads of attitude. Since we do so much of surf, our quality standards are pretty high, and till date we have not seen a claim ( touch wood!) . At the same time we also do discount for South Africa, so we can do a pretty good turn at price points as well, although its not what we really enjoy doing, its part of the business and brings in the bread.

We thrive on new developments and usually send out boxes every other week, with swatches and CDs of collections, etc, so you are up to date with market info from our end. Value addition is fun and we will work on prints, transfers, embroideries as much as needed. We work with vendors across India and some in Sri lanka, Nepal and Middle east as well, so our product range is pretty wide. If you require certified factories or have quality standards that you wish to implement that may differ from the market then its cool too, we would love to work out a custom made system for you.

Many of our customers come to us with stuff that other sources have turned down either due to delivery constraints or if the styles are too difficult, requires too much research etc. We will put in everything on a garment -including the kitchen sink! One major difference between us and other agencies /sources would be that we cater to lifestyle developments, so its not only apparel but also accessories, graphics and luggage etc that we help develop and produce.
