Vinsent established V-Care as a partnership firm in 1997 with a vision to manufacture Pediatric and Dermatological therapeutic equipment at an affordable price to cater to the needs of Medical practitioners and Hospitals in India. V-Care started manufacturing Pediatric and Dermatological therapeutic equipment in the beginning of year 1998. Subsequently, in the same year, Whole Body UV therapy unit, Hand and foot unit, UVB panel and NB UVB Whole body unit were added to the Product range. In 1999, V-Care launched totally computerized UV Therapy units with built in Dosimeter.

V-Care recorded a consistent and admirable growth because of its product and service quality. In the year 2000 the V-Care got converted in to a Private Limited company and was named as V-CARE MEDICAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED.
