Description : Enrolled as an Advocate, in the Rolls of the Bar council of the State of Andhra Pradesh and Practicing Law before the High Court of Judicature in the State of Andhra Pradesh in India since 1982.

· Knowledge of Common Law Jurisdictions and having dealt with matters of Constitutional Importance, and well as extensive experience in Real Property Litigation's including Pre-trial preparations.

· Have extensive experience in drafting of Documentary Conveyances, Documents of Title, Bankers Documentation's, and other official communications including knowledge in Documentation of International Documentary Credits, including knowledge of International Chamber of Commerce norms and procedures for documentation and of Venture Capital and International Financial Transaction.

· Knowledge of procedures in listing on NASDAQ, NYSE, LSE, and other exchanges in Europe and Asia.

· Have researched with particular interest the emergence of the Legal Framework of the Telecommunication systems in other countries as well as in India, and issues relating to Intellectual Property, Privacy in Information systems, Legal Issues arising out of Convergence of Electronic Medias of the world, including the emergence of the various means of fixed line, limited area as well as mobile and Satellite telephony, including the Interstat and Imerstat systems.

· Have experience with processes, tools and systems used to manage intellectual property (IP) including use of a rigorous product selection process and metrics for Research and Development that show an encouraging signs of progress and Development of Trade Secrets.

· Legal Research into the manner in which information and technology affect laws, legal systems and institutions.

· Using Tans-disciplinary approach to examine and analyze problems of social organization, governance through law and the limits of private, public and international regulatory regimes.

· Have Extensive Knowledge of Immigration Policies, Laws and Procedures of Immigration Laws of the U.K., U.S.A., EEC, Australia, New Zealand and other Commonwealth Nations.

· Have served part time as Chief Executive Officer, of The Heuristic Foundation, a public Charitable Institution, being CEO of Green Gates Grammar School, an educational institution of about 800 students from 1989 to 2000.
