Switchgear Products such as Air, Oil, Vacuum, SF6 Gas type Circuit breakers, Transformers and On Load Tap Changers for IMP and CTR well as M/s Schneider Electric Pvt. Ltd. for LT switchgear.
The unit is set up under an agreement with our above principles, to provide various types of 'After Sales Services' to their customers, spread all over India and abroad, in areas such as Erection, Commissioning, Repairs, Servicing, Retrofitting and Maintenance etc., related to HT and LT Switchgear Products. Besides these main activities, we also undertake 'calibration' of all types of protective relays and energy meters and supply or reclaim / recovery / purification of SF6 gas at sites as supplementary activities with a view to offer more comprehensive and total package to our valued customers for their convenience and benefit in general.
We have a team of Eleven Qualified Service Engineers, specially trained at our Principles, premises, in their different switchgear products and whose services are being regularly retained / utilized by them and their branches all over India, towards attending customer complaints and problems in quick time.
Services and Spares go hand in hand, as such, we always maintain in our stocks, all essential and recommended critical spares of these Switchgear Products, so that as and when required services along with spares can be promptly supplied to needy customers at short time delivery.
We are also adequately, equipped with necessary test facilities and equipments to enable us offer our services in more TOTAL and qualitative manner, and the list includes equipments such as high accuracy timers, Imported Gas Leakage Detectors, 40 KV AC/DC HV Test Set, Primary / Secondary Injection Test Set, Relay Set, 100A D.C., Contact Resistance Micro-ohm Meter, Vacuum Pumps and various measuring instruments, Phantom Load and Energy Meter Calibrator Sets and portable SF6 Gas Transfer / Recovery Unit, which is first of its type required at sites by any agency / firm so far. As and when required these test sets are taken to sites in our own MOBILE TEST VEHICLE.
Besides operating as spares and service agency, we also work as consultant and supplier of all critical Electrical equipments in areas such as sub-station engineering, wherein we help Industrial customers in selecting and supply of proper switchgear and Transformer Products from vast range of switchgears. Products outside scope and range for our principles are carefully selected and sourced, from outside manufacturers with whom we have developed excellent working relations over the
last years.
