Description : The promoter of the industry, Mr. A. S. Kamath is in line of manufacturing cashewnuts and cashewnut shell liquid for over 20 years and the winner of National Award for the best entrepreneurship and quality products from Govt. of India.



The industry is located at a rural/backword region of Ponda Taluka called Apewal and giving job opportunities to unemployed people at their doorstep. More than 90% from them are uneducated women. The economy of the village depends largely on the working of the industry.



The promoter is also manufacturing Cashewnut Shell Liquid(CNSL) with the annual capacity of 1,500 M.tons/annum in their production centre at Plot. No. 275, Industrial Estate, Kundaim, Ponda, GOA – INDIA 403401. The product is manufactured out of outer shell of raw cashewnut.
