Description : The group was promoted by Mr. Jayantilal Shah in the year of 1955. The company was conceived as a trading outfit for cotton yarns in the city of Ahmedabad, under the name P.Jayantilal. From trading of yarns, as the only field the company started its operations in, the group now has a major presence in the fields of Textile Manufacturing & Trading, Information Technology, Food Products and Handicrafts.

Till the early 90s the group majorly functioned in the textile arena of yarn trading and manufacturing and the various other diversifications viz. Information technology, Food Products and Handicrafts have been ventured in to since 1992, thus reflecting our commitment towards innovative ideas and their successful implementation.

In a very short span of time, the group had became one of the major yarn trading outfit in India with presence in all major markets of India and representing the major yarn producing units in Western & Northern India.

Today the group has major presence in Textile manufacturing and trading, Information Technology, Grains & Food products and Handicrafts. The group has open end & ring frame spinning units manufacturing coarse and medium count cotton yarns in single as well as multifold. The group has presence and a strong dealer network in all major textile markets in India. Besides this, the group trades in cotton and undertakes retail marketing of sewing threads and industrial threads. It also exports grey fabrics to Far East Asian markets.

Jayatma Informatics Private Limited (JIPL), the Information Technology division of the Group has successfully ventured into the areas of software development, IT enabled services, hardware/networking solutions, web development etc. Thus making it a one-stop shop for all IT needs.

JIPL today can boast of a clientele, which when summarized on paper, would reflect the major government organizations on the one hand to the most successful business houses on the other. Thus establishing our prowess in most of the working sectors prevalent today.

The FMCG division of Jayatma group, Simba Spice, is into exports of various food products to countries UK, Kenya, USA, etc. Simba Spice is the fastest growing company meeting the taste requirements of varied cross sections of societies spread across different cultures. Simba Spice uses the latest technology and standard testing procedures at each stage of processing to retain natural color, aroma and flavors principles at its optimal level with a focus to provide uniform taste.

It is also a sole distributor of MARKFED (one of the largest co-operative societies in Asia) products in Gujarat.

The group exports traditional and ethnic handicraft items under the name of AnAn creations. It showcases wide range of hand and machine embroidered cushion covers, tablemats, scarves, garments, leather items, accessories, jewelry, etc.
