Saraswati Biotech Private Limited, is a company in corporate under the company act 1956. At present the company is engaged in growing geranium and other medicinal and aromatical and horticulture crops and process the same. Biotechnology is gaining popularity and is a promising new sector on the health care and agricultural horizon. There is huge demand for the aromatical and medicinal and commercial crops product in the global market. To carry on research and development activity on plant roots and herbs and to carry development ayurvedic, herbal medicine and horticulture and there use for commercial explotation. The company proposes to set up to ultra modern R&D Centre to carry out research and development activities on plants like geranium, pachauli, lemon grass, citronella grass, seedless lime, odd season mango, aloe vera, chlorophytum and all types of commercial agricultural product. The plant located at village Pusara taluka, Wadwani district, Beed, Maharashtra. The promoter of company has already acquired 72 acres of land of which 2.5 acres will be utilized for factory and building and remaining for cultivation. The proposed R&D Centre will be set up in the same land the required plants and machinery are available in the local market technology adopted is fully indigenous. A technology arrangement is made by Dr. T.Vankateshwar Rao, Hyderabad, Biotechnologist of Usmania University A.P. and Dr. B.K.Garje under the Bajarang Agricultural Research Institute. In our nursery we are having 10 lac geranium, 1 lac off season mangoes, 1 lac Keshar mangoes, 1 lac seedless lemons, and 1 lac other medicinal planting material ready at our site int their original variety form that we sell in very reasonable rate. We are having 1 tone capacity process unit for oil extraction by steam distilation process whic work for 300 days per year in two shifts per day.
