Compared with the ordinary zinc oxide, nm active zinc oxide has some advantages, that is, the small crystal particle, the large surface area and easy to disperse .Its particle dismeter is only 1/10 to that of the ordinary zinc oxide, and the specific surface area is 10 times than that of the ordinary zinc oxide, which can achieve to 45 m2/g with the beehive shaped crystal form.
