Multi-Heads Embroidery Machine -
These embroidery machines have advanced:
1) Electrical control: adopts 'Dahao' brand electrical control system,
which features high power, simple operation and high stability.
2) Stand: the large 300 x 300 beam with widened stand base enables the
machine to run more steadily, and avoid the impacts of vibrations
on embroidery quality.
3) Embroidery spare parts: special materials have been used for the main
spare parts; such as the heads, stitch frame, rotary hook case, etc.
Accurate processing makes the machine more durable. The rotary hook
and bobbin case are imported from Japan.
4) Embroidery frame: able to be exchanged, the XY drive system lowers the
friction coefficient of original gliding rails by 1/50, and greatly
increases embroidery precision.
5) Three detail divided step motor: the step drive motor has greatly improved
steadiness and lowered the noise of motor during embroidering, meanwhile
also increasing the control capacity.
6) Color changing: a high speed color changing motor saves and increases
efficiency.

Main machine body is naked loaded, some spare parts are loaded in wooden cases
