PRES, Inc. provides Custom Predictive Maintenance Diagnostic Equipment tailored to the requirements of our clients. All PRES, Inc. products are manufactured in the USA.
Through vibration analysis, thermography, ultra-Sonics and power quality analysis we can predict the following failures before they become catastrophic:

Hydraulic and aerodynamic forces

Gear problems, tooth wear, tooth load, cracked/broken tooth etc.

Mechanical looseness

Rotor rub and bearing problems

Stator eccentricity, shorted laminations or loose iron
