AMBICA’ Reprocess Plant available in standard, vented and High L/D Ratio version, having screw & barrel made out from alloy steel & fully nitriding ,Hard crome plating.
Heavy duty bearing housing with Helical Gear Box .
Drive from main A. C. motor to screw is via rubber belts and pulleys and a reduction gear unit.
Barrel Heating by heaters or Gas
Cooling System for accurate temperature control provided.
Heating Control by temperature controller
Production Range :- 40 Kg./hr. Up To 200 Kg./hr.
