Description : The AMES Dry Type Transformer is produced by epoxy resin vacuum casting. Presently our resin electrical line includes but is not limited to Distribution Transformers, Rectifying Transformers, High Current Transformer, Single-Phase Transformer, Dual-Ratio Substations. AMES can manufacture Cast Resin / Dry Type Resin Imp Regnated Transformers with a capacity of up to 3000 KVA with a voltage level of 35 KV and below.


All cores of AMES Transformers are made of quality Cold-Rolled Silicon Steel. The cores are arranged with mitered joints of lamination and completely coated and sealed with apecial resin for protection against corrosion and moisture. The core legs are bound with insulating tape. Frames and other steel parts are not galvanized to resist rust.


Automated stacking and forming by our cut-to-length line insures precise construction and the step-lap core process reduces no-load loss, no-load current, and core noise.
