In our quest to globalize our business, we have recently acquired a 33.8% stake in the Antwerp based ECU Hold NV, Europe's largest NVOCC company, who has been our agents across the world for the last 10 years.

With this acquistion, we now have officies at over 150 locations in 65 countries including 14 in India and franchisees at around 20 other locations.

We also have a joint venture with the Transworld Group in New Jersy, USA.
