Description : Early, in the year 1993, a group of professionals comprising chartered accountants, masters in business administration, software engineers & science fellows started the company with high values and low capital. The chief promoters are Mr. Anurag Gupta and Mr. D.K. Goyal who have rich experience of over 14 years at the higher level of management.

The company came out with maiden IPO of 21million (INR) in 1994, which was over-subscribed by over 27 times. The company is listed at the Bombay Stock Exchange, most premier stock exchange of India for more than a decade. The Total Shareholders fund is 122 million (INR).

The company is engaged in finance activities, investment analysis, management consultancy, project feasibility reports, business planning and strategy, capital structuring and other advisory services to corporate sectors, institutions, etc. The company had also managed more than 32 public / Right issue as a category I merchant banker, in the year 1994-95. The company has three divisions viz. Investment & Finance Division, Media Division and Nanotech Division. The group is also into media, pharmaceuticals, and etc involving total funds of 500 million (INR).

The company has celebrated the glorious completion of 10 years of its operation, on the eve of 10th Annual General Meeting held at CCI, Mumbai on 29th September, 2003. Wherein, the company has announced first time to step into the field of the next generation technology.

Now the company has decided to venture in to the next generation science technology, i.e., nanotechnology. Nanotechnology is the future of every business and industry.
