The head of the company , the CEO -Mr. Arinder Singh Wadhwa , has the maximum share holding . He has an enormous amount of experience in marketing and management behind him . His work speaks for him . He has served in the most reputed Indian and Foreign companies at executive level and has held managerial positions in most of them .

He felt the need for an honest consultancy firm in India which can look after the client's problem and not only promise solutions but provide them too . So on this note he planned to start his own consultancy firm which will provide advice and assistance at various levels of administration , finance , management , market research etc. to Indian and foreign companies.
