CMS is headquartered at Bangalore with branch offices in Madurai (Tamil Nadu), Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh), Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Ranchi and Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Patna (Bihar) and Aurangabad ( Maharashtra ).

CMS has grown from just 2 directors to a team of 31 people. In addition, it has access to several national and international consultants for part-time work. CMS works with clients across the globe with interests in india.
