The company is headed by Mr. Amar Thakur an engineer with over 20 years experience and Mrs. Sheila Thakur who is a post graduate. Mr. Thakur looks after areas of technical development, production & marketing. Mrs. Sheila Thakur looks after finance and administration.

TPPL has its own in-house modern blow and injection-moulding machines for manufacturing quality plastic components and tool room machines for product and mould development. Assembly of the finished product is done under stringent quality control.
