Description : Hindustan Monomers Pvt Ltd was started as M/s Chemical & Engineering Company in 1982 by it's founder and entrepreneur Mr. R T Bandodkar. The unit initiated the manufacture and sale of Aniline Hydrochloride and related Aniline Salts in the same year. Four years after it's inception, in 1986, the firm piloted the manufacture of 4,4' Dichloro Diphenyl Sulfone. A year later, it had diversified into the manufacture of 4,4' Dihyroxy Diphenyl Sulfone widely used in leather and textile manufacture and curing. Further diversification was achieved through the manufacture of 4,4' Diamino Diphenyl Sulfone. Through persistent focus on quality and innovation, we have developed unique efficient and environmentally friendly methods of Sulfonation of fine chemicals. Our philosophy of 'Kaizen' or continuous improvement helps us achieve our goals and make our mark in the global marketplace. Currently, our manufacturing facility is situated in the Dombivli Industrial Area (Phase II- W 40) and has a capacity of manufacture of over 100 Metric tonnes of Dichloro Diphenyl Sulfone. The company was re-named M/s Hindustan Monomers Pvt Ltd in 1999.
Through the years, we have been able to achieve the best quality standards for our products. The levels of purity and consistency in achieving the same are demonstrated in our 'Zero customer complaint' reputation. We have relentlessly worked hard in achieving this consistency and hence became an ISO 9001:2000 company in the year 2000. We continue to emphasize quality and consistency of our product whilst improving our efficiency and reducing cost. We currently have a set of new products in the pipeline with our latest offering being B-Naphthyl Methyl Ether (Yara yara).
The company is managed by Director & Founder Mr. RT Bandodkar who leads the way on the technical & new product development fronts. Mr. Bandodkar is ably supported by his son Mr. Hemant Bandodkar on the Finance & Marketing side while Mr, Sanjeev Kudalkar handles accounts.
