The unit was christened in the year 1985 as a proprietary firm and there after converting into a partnership firm and since 2004 the unit has been registered as Private Limited Company and looking forward to niche the international market with a small step towards it in 2005 by having a branch outlet in NIGERIA to cater the African demand.


Being in this trade for an approx of Two decade and more supplying machines in this industry all over India and other countries directly or indirectly. We have molded ourselves to the need of the markets demand, our plant and machinery are fabricated to the capacity of our client and their budget so as to be within their reach. In the mean time we have expertise ourselves from Pilot machine to any capacity plant manufacturing bathing/toilet/detergent/laundry /detergent powder /liquid soap and have diversified in laterally therein offering ourselves from LABSA to SOAP PACKING MACHINES.


The unit is being headed by SHRI K S YADAV with the baton being handed over by SHRI MUNILAL YADAV the co-founder of the unit as a patron in chief, the co-founder still takes active part in the mechanical and designing division of the unit. SHRI K S YADAV being an engineer by qualification and expertise himself in the shop floor from the inspection of the unit and is been ably supported by two younger brothers who are the other Directors of the company. With adequate TWO manufacturing facilities one at MUMBAI and the other one at SATHARIA in state of U. P. The unit is being managed by professional in every field supported by R&D and Designing team which niche out plant /machinery to the vision of our clients.
