The company, through continuous development tries to maintain the reputation of "ASEEM-OORJA" products. This reputation is built up in last 8 years. Before formation of Pvt. Ltd., the Company was working in the name of DIGITECH COMBINES.

With openness in outlook and positive approach the "ASEEM-OORJA" products have earned reputation for sheer reliability & of being rugged to use. The Company in future endeavors set a trend in quality, technology and service. Having laid the foundation and having earned the reputation for quality, the Company now looks forward to technological updating which will bring newer concepts in the field of power electronics.

The Company also engages in consultancy, repairs and maintenance of systems of other make. Apart from above-mentioned products, the Company intends to enter in the field of induction heating, specialized power supplies and power projects of large size.



SCOPE OF MANUFACTURE

The process of manufacture in Power Electronics is a complex process. Starting from Design, the parameters are fixed for the system and the adaptability to INDIAN conditions is first ascertained on paper. The hot and humid atmosphere in most of metropolitan cities in INDIA calls for a special design. This design must be of a low component count to keep the MTBF high. Moreover, the design should be user friendly and easy to service. This is the foundation of the manufacturing process. This done, the further process can be initiated.

The incoming material is first subjected to a quality test as per the set characteristics of the material, this is based on the data supplied by the manufacturer of the raw material, or upon the standards specified by the Company.

Mechanical assembly is done as per the drawing made according to the requirements of ease of servicing and proper functioning of the system. Wiring up of the system starts thereafter. This is an important aspect of manufacture since proper connections and correct wiring ensures trouble free working of any electronic system. Special wiring diagrams are drawn up to avoid any mistakes and to ascertain easy access to service engineers.

Control circuit is the brain of the system. This is finalized during design of the system. Printed Circuit Boards are made to order as per the layout finalized as required by the design of the system. These printed circuit boards are assembled and tested to the standards set by the Company. It is in this stage that the protections and the other settings like alarms and indications are first tested at the card level.

All assembly completed, the system is now the responsibility of the testing section. Qualified Engineers test the system to the required standards and defects if any. In case of any defect, the system is sent back to production department with instructions. Primary testing done, the system is tested to the preset parameters and subjected to various worst case conditions. After passing through these tests, it is subjected to Heat Run test. All systems passing out through this test are Okayed for dispatch. Dispatch section then keeps the system ready for delivery after packing and labeling the system.
