Description : We are a Hyderabad, India based food manufacturing organization established since 1980.

We have been in the food business for more than two decades with Biscuits (cookies) manufacturing plants at two locations at Hyderabad, India, employing more than 500 workers. Our latest plant was commissioned during October 2003 with a state-of-art technology in an area of more than 30,000 sq. ft., capable of making hard and soft dough varieties. We meet international hygiene and safety requirements in all our plants.

Our plants have more than 60 tons capacity per day. We manufacture wide range of Biscuits including Sweet, Salty, Crackers and Cream varieties.

We have a well established brand name in India “Real” and have been selling cookies under this name since inception of our business in 1980.

We have manufactured / manufacturing Biscuits for the following world known Companies in their brand name –

• HORLICKS Biscuits for GlaxosmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd (A Fortune 500 Company) from 1989 to 2003.

• KELLOGGS Biscuits for Kellogg’s India Ltd., subsidiary of Kellogg’s of USA from 1998 to 2002.

• BRITANNIA Biscuits for Britannia Industries Ltd., (Indian Arm of Denone of France) since August 2003 and continuing.

Mr. Sriprakash Loya: An MBA from Missouri, U.S.A. is Managing Director and Partner. Biscuit being his brainchild, he and his team entered the biscuit manufacturing industry in 1980 by establishing a plant in Hyderabad, India. He with his team then later established another plant in Guwahati, Assam, India in 1984. His later stints included being President of Federation of Biscuit Manufacturing of India, apex body of Indian biscuit makers. He is responsible for the Marketing and Finance functions.

Mr. Vishnu Prasad Agarwal: Mechanical Engineer by profession is Director and Partner. He has been involved in the company since inception of the business as Partner and Technical Director and specializes in machines and manufacturing. He has rich and wide knowledge on biscuit manufacturing machines and has conceptualized several innovative solutions to various packing, mixing, baking machine and functioning. He is also responsible for the Technical and Energy Audit.

Mr. Nandlal Vijaywargi: Graduate in commerce is Director and Partner. He has been involved in the company since inception of the business as Director for Purchases and Product Development.

Mr. V.C. Rao: Production Manager – A qualified Food Technologist, he has been with Real for around two decades and has rich experience in the baking industry. He manages the Production function of the Company.

Mr. Ashok Mishra: Marketing Manager - He has joined the company, bringing with him his marketing and sales experience in the fast moving consumer goods industry. He is responsible for the Marketing and Sales function of the Company.
