Stressing on the need for quality control, Agmo has set up a well equipped unit that tests fabric for count, construction, shrinkage and color fastness. Our factories and office pride in the state-of-the-art technology that has contributed to the enhanced visibility of the company's products in the market. For effective quality control, periodic on-line process checks and random sampling of all products are maintained . Some of our buyers nominate their inspectors for pre-shipment and quality inspection.

Agmo also boasts of a production capacity of about 10,000 bags per day and a similar quantity of garments, depending on the product.

The fabric chiefly used comprises of 100% Cotton Grey sheeting of 20s20s, 30s30s, 16s16s, 7-16 Ozs canvas both powerloom and mill made, denim and poly-cott (for Apron & Garments). Our sampling department not only prepares designs / collections but also excel in producing specific designs brought in by the buyers.
