Our Operation Headquarters are based in Jamnagar, and we operate our fleet of barges at most of the Gujrat Ports such as BEDI, NAVLAKHI, OKHA, SIKKA, MANDVI, PIPAVAV, MUNDRA, MAGDALLA, KANDLA, DAHEJ, VERAVAL, etc. We also have operations in Maharashtrda at Mumbai & Dahanu ports.You shall be glad to know that 90 to 100 % of coal which brought into the Gujarat coast, is handled through us in Dahanu, Magdalla, Veraval, Sikka,and Navalakhi Port. In addition to our traditional business of barge rental /supply, we have also invested a large sun of money in the purchase of high speed loading / unloading equipment such as 14 high speed specialized cargo excavators, 24 payloaders, 50 dumper trucks, 2 skid steer loadersand 2 pay-loaders cum excavator. Toghether with our largest fleet of barges, dedicated,experienced manpower and thehigh speed machines, we ensure an excellent discharge / load rate and turn around to Indian exporters and importersof bulk, bagged and liquid commodities. The wide area of our operations with 100% Company owned fleet of dedicated barges and mechanical handling equipments, will ensure that your vesselscan commence discharging / loading as quickest as possible. The total cargo handled by us exceeds 2.7 million tonnes during the year 1997-1998 of which the major products. we handled were coal, cement clinker, oil-seeds, extraction, soya bean meal, rice, wheat, castor oil, water etc.

We have also recently made our foray into coastal shipping with the aquisition of a sea going tug and 3000MT of coastal barge capacity. Four new Dry-cum-Liquid Germanischer Lloyd Class coastal barges and 4 coastal / IV 1150 C.C.self propelled coal carriers are additionally under construction. In addition to coastal shipping, this fleet gives us the flexibility of positioning / supplementing lighterage fleets wherever required, at short notice - this being the key to fast discharge / loading operations at minor / major Indian ports that are plagued with waiting delays.
