NSL produces rectifier diodes ranging 1A to 300A which includes Axial Lead diodes,Medium power,Highpower, Bridges, Thyristors,Welding diodes,Zener diodes and Modules, Devices of various types are available like standard recovery, fast recovery, high efficiency, super fast and schottky in various packages. Devices are approved by various authorities in India like CACT, C-Dot, ERTL etc.

Devices are well accepted in Indian market. Products are being supplied to various Manufacturing units of C-Dot exchanges, Telecom, Instrumentation, Electronic entertainment, Computer, Automobiles companies ,Battery chargers , Alternators , DC drives , UPS ,DC Motor Panels , Soft Starter ,Invertors etc
