Description : Mr. K.P. Desai (50 years), Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCS), is the Executive Director of Seaworld Shipping. He has over two decades of experience in day-to-day management of liner / tramp shipping business and allied activities. One of the main focus areas for him has been to explore development of additional opportunities and activities for the Group. Mr. Desai was President of Mumbai & Nhava Sheva Ship Agents Association (MANSA) and in this capacity, represented shipping interests and has been interacting, very closely, with various government / semi-government authorities. He is also a Trustee on the Board of Jawaharlal Nehru Trust, the most modern and hi-tech port in India.
