MATHA EXPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED was re-named MATHA OVERSEAS PRIVATE LIMITED (MOPL) in the year 2005 with addition of more global initiatives. Started by a young and dynamic team with over a decades experience in quarrying, the company has created a niche for itself in the home market as well as the international market.

Transition was the year 2003 when the entrenched MATHA GROUP, broadened the BUSINESS HORIZON with the initiation of a novel venture of the EXPORT OF IRON ORES. Dreams took shape with the promotion of the first closely held limited company of the Matha Group – CANARA OVERSEAS LIMITED (COL).

Canara Overseas Limited has evidenced a vertical business growth since its inception in the year 2003 and business repute in the fraternity of iron ore exporters due to its high responsiveness to the social responsibilities for the welfare of the iron ore industry as well as the society.
