Leakage & Pressure Testing Machine
This is a leakage testing machine with computerized control.

The beauty of this machine lies in its automation whereby operator has to only load the component in test chamber, close door of test chamber by manual operation due to safety reasons & click the mouse on computer monitor.

Rest all is done by machine up to display of test report on computer monitor.

Approximately 5min/ job is speed of machine operation.

- More than 400 varieties of models with sizes ranging from
- DN 8 to DN 300 ( ANSI ¼” to ANSI 12”) & pressure range from
- PN 16 (16 kg /cm2) to PN 160 (160 kg/cm2) can be tested on
- same machine
Also job length variation from 65 mm ( 2 ½”) to 1550 mm ( 4’) maximum can be accommodated on this single machine.
Clamping hydraulic pressures, test pressures are set automatically once model is selected on computer by mouse click.
