Tan Bun skrati
I am an artisan cacao maker from Suriname and run Tan Bun skrati together with my husband. Tan Bun skrati is a small-scale cacao enterprise of healthy delicate cacao products, handcrafted from harvest to final product using the ancient pre-Columbian processing method. This processing method originated in the rainforests of South America, the Caribbean and Mexico. No chemicals are involved during processing and the taste of the cacao is preserved with all of its specific character and nutrients.
