We are Jayshree tablet science specializing completely in the high precision manufacturer of tablet compression tooling for Rotary tablet presses use mainly by Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, Confectionery, chemicals, ceramics Industries to produce tablets.
We manufacture different shaped tooling like Round, Caplet, Oval and many more shapes as per the demand by industries. We manufacture tools as per I.P.T & Euro Standards, which can be fit to any machine, like Manesty, Cadmach, Fette, Killian, Hata, Kikisui, China National etc. Our product is been working successfully worldwide.
We equipped with CNC turning center, Cam Grinding , Wire Cut machine and other tool room machines to produce toolings .A Special Feature of Jayshree Tablet Science is our R & D facility, which provides assistance to tablet manufacturers in designing & redesigning of all types of tablet shapes to meet growing marketing or legislation demand. We are using OHNS(W) and HCHCr material for making these punches and Dies.
We also provide sealed groove punches on demand. We also provide dust caps for the punches to avoid contamination on tablet. We also make dies with TC bush, and punches with special coatings.
