Our Quality Control begins with the selection of the right yarn to be used for knitting/weaving of the fabric. Machines are internationally acclaimed brands which ensure minimum fabric shrinkage on jersey, double jersey, loop-knit (felpa/fleece) and jacquard designs. Best quality dye stuffs are used for dyeing, employing latest gadgets. Designs developed at our design studio are printed on the fabric, using the latest technology. High finish computer embroidery, hand embroidery, proper post-printing treatment to remove tracks of foul smells, go a long way in helping our products gain satisfactory acceptance in the Western hemisphere. Each centimetre of the fabric is thoroughly checked and every stage of processing passes through vigilant quality control. Best fabric and quality accessories are incorporated in every piece of garments made on advanced machines to ensure the best and consistent quality. Every garment is marked by originality in design. Designers, artists and stylists deveop designs at our ultra-modern computer aided design studio. Latest styles are discussed and clients' feedback evaluated. Where necessary, designs are created as per our clients' suggestions. We specialize in traditional, transitional and contemporary designs. Every design idea undergoes quality trials and samplings across a variety of fabrics and colors. Our technicians and full-fledged sampling staff ensure perfect finish. We narrate below how a design takes shape at our factory. The aim is to create an interesting design. First, we choose a design theme. After several sketches using combinations of elements, we identify the most striking ones. Later, small elements are added to build a story into the design. The implementation of the design is a factor we keep in mind, while choosing the elements and laying them out in the final composition. This idea-development stage provides us with the initial paper sketch to be translated into its final form on the computer. On the computer, we create the details of the design. Once the design framework is built, we attend to the details of every element. Lines and curves are specified and shades and tones matched. The different possibilities are explored to determine the best form for the final composition to make the design live up to its vivid potential in a realistic finish. Our production capacity varies from garment to garment, depending on the designs and skills required. In general, we can make around 1500 pieces of garments per day. As we have good relationship with other production units, we have no hassles or hurdles in increasing our production, when required.
