We are the leading repairers and rewinders reputed for quality repair and rewinding of large capacity, high voltage generators, motors and transformers in India, since 1972. Our customers include Major Power Utilities in India and abroad and various heavy engineering industries like Cement Plants, Chemical Industries, Fertilizer Factories, Paper Mills, Steel Rolling Mills, Sugar Factories and Textile Mills. In the past three decades, we have successfully carried out repair / rewinding / reinsulation / redesign / modification of windings of High Voltage Motors (up to 6.6 KV, 4000 KW and 11 KV, 1000 KW), Generators (up to 15.75 KV, 210 MW) and Power Transformers (up to 220 KV, 125 MVA), for the above clientele. Through our R&D efforts, we have developed a fully time-tested in-house technology for turbo and hydro generator Roebel transposed stator bars with end-to-end monolithic moulded insulation having excellent dielectric properties. Our major rewind jobs carry a 5-year warranty thereby vouching for the quality of service provided by us. Our Company has an excellent infrastructure consisting of an electrical rewinding shop, a mechanical workshop and R&D department with a total built-up area of about 50, 000 Sq. ft in a 200, 000 Sq. ft plot. The electrical rewinding shop is equipped with hydraulic coil presses, hydraulic coil forming devices, 8 meter automatic coil taping machine, 20 ton crane, high temperature ovens, advanced testing and measuring instruments like motorized and digital meggers, digital micro-ohmmeter, ac & dc high voltage test kits, automatic and manual tan delta and capacitance measurement kits, surge comparison testers, test beds etc. The mechanical workshop is equipped with heavy duty lathes, radial drilling machines, horizontal boring machine, milling machine, surface grinder, cylindrical grinder, dynamic balancing machine, planing machine, 50 ton crane etc. We enjoy an excellent reputation among our customers in both public and private sectors for quality service and for tackling challenging jobs successfully.
