Radico Khaitan Ltd has taken over the entire stake of Bacardi International Ltd in Whytehall India Ltd. The Joint Venture between Bacardi International & Radico Khaitan Ltd for the Whytehall brands started in the year 2001 where the stake was 51:49. To buy over the complete stake of Bacardi International of Whytehall India Ltd was a strategic move taken by Radico Khaitan Ltd.
