Qingdao St.Meer Textile and Garments Co., Ltd., established in 1993, processes four branch factories supplying shirts, suit pants, casual pants (jeans), men's suits. With more than 10 years rich experience in producing, R&D as well as international marketing, we've become the excellent supplier of garments in China, with independently import and export right. We founded the first-class R&D centre in Shaoxing, China, which is the large base of Chinese textiles. With more than 10 designers regarding market demand as the direction, we can design and develop new styles constantly. Accompanied with several large-scale fabric factories, we can finish all production procedures from weaving, dyeing to garment making. In August of 2003, with the high speed development of our company, we invested USD605 thousand in Qingdao, and established a new and large export base with facilities covering an area of about 25, 000 square meters, offering shirts, suit pants, causal pants, men's suits. Brief introductions of our four branch factories: Suit pants branch factory: covering an area of 3, 000 square meters, having a staff of 428 personnel, outputting 4, 500pcs daily, with two world-advanced producing lines, directed by Mr. Hans, a German technologist with strict operation of 286 working procedures. Equipped with full set imported equipment from Germany and Japan, such as full-automatic pocket-hole machines, automatic button-hole machines, computerized tacking machines, computerized flat sewing machines as well as full set pressing machines which ensure our products keeping good forms after final pressing. Shirt branch factory: covering an area of 3, 000 square meters, having 380 staffs, daily outputting 5, 000pcs, with advanced producing lines designed by Korean senior technologist. Equipped with full set first-class shirt professional machines, such as computerized flat sewing machines, special sewing machines, collar-forming machines. Casual pants branch factory: covering an area of 3, 000 square meters, having 428 staffs, daily outputting 5, 000pcs, with advanced producing lines designed by senior technologist, eight world-advanced producing lines. Equipped with world-advanced hanging equipment, professional machines including automatic button-hole machines, automatic tacking machines, special sewing machines which can finish producing 15.5oz jeans fabrics (the thickest one). Men's suits branch factory: possessing one large-scale producing line with advanced equipment introduced from Germany and Japan, such as automatic pocket-hole machines, automatic sleeve-attaching machines. Monthly outputting 30, 000 suits. All our branch factories possess strict quality control system which leads to up-to-standard production rate reaching 96%. Now, the second stage of industrial base is under building, by the end of 2004, our monthly production capability will be: 400, 000pcs shirts; 260, 000pcs suit pants; 150, 000pcs casual pants.
